On Aug 17, 2021 Pettitt emailed the MUSD parent directory regarding Lineberry's prior embezzlement history.

Aug. 25, 2021

District Access Ban: EIGHT DAYS LATER, MUSD imposes sweeping restrictions on Pettitt's access to school property and children's activities. Recurring emails begin.

June 2022

Injunction: Lineberry obtains injunction against workplace harassment  via Maricopa County. Pettitt was served on June 30, 2022 by process server.

July 2022

July 3–5, 2022, Three emails automatically sent via Boomerang in UTC time zone, later used as criminal basis. Deputy Wingett and Sandoval present to Pettitt's clinic stating Lineberry wants an arrest out of this, Pettitt deletes Boomerang app.

Oct. 10, 2022

Misdemeanor case dismissed "in the interest of justice".

Nov. 8, 2022

Pettitt participated in voting/political activity on school property with permission.

Nov. 29, 2022

Grand Jury Indictment after Lineberry complains to Beauchamp.

Dec. 2022

Felony Escalation: Felony prosecution pursued at Lineberry's direct request to Beauchamp. Charges refiled as Felony Aggravated Harassment following protected voting activity on school grounds.

July 2024

First Felony Criminal Trial. Mistrial Declared: Trial ends in mistrial after emails were "segregated from the jury".
